At SilkNest Apparel Ltd, we pride ourselves on getting our premium garments to your doorstep swiftly and securely. We operate from our central UK distribution center, serving fashion enthusiasts across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, and beyond.

Shipping Tiers & Delivery Times

United Kingdom (Domestic)

Free Shipping: Complimentary Standard Shipping is applied to all UK orders over £75.

International Destinations

Order Handling & Processing

• ✦ Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri).
• ✦ Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT often ship the same day.
• ✦ You will receive an automated email with your Royal Mail or DHL tracking number once the parcel leaves our Widnes facility.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US States, Canada, the UK, the EEA, and select countries in Oceania. We cannot deliver to BFPO/APO addresses or P.O. Boxes for security reasons related to high-value shipments.

Delivery Assurance & Lost Items

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found:

1. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation.
2. Check with household members or neighbors.
3. Contact the local courier branch immediately.
4. If unresolved, reach out to us within 7 days. We will open a formal investigation with the carrier.

International Duties

Please note that for orders outside the UK, SilkNest Apparel Ltd is not responsible for any local customs fees, import taxes, or VAT. These charges are determined by your local government and are the recipient’s responsibility.
