Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure:

• The garment is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• All original SilkNest tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
• The request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery timestamp.
• You provide a valid order number or the original email confirmation.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings (if the hygiene seal is broken).
• Custom-made or personalized monogrammed clothing.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout.
• SilkNest Gift Cards.

The Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email silknest@silknestapparel.com with your Order ID and the reason for your return.
2. Review: Our concierge team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3. Shipping: Pack the items securely. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the return shipping postage. We recommend a tracked service.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we inspect the garment for any signs of wear. Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Garments

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage:

• Notify us within 7 days with clear photos of the issue.
• We will provide a complimentary prepaid return label.

Refund Timeline

Exchanges & Cancellations

Exchanges: To get a new size quickly, return your original item for a refund and place a new order online.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment cycle and must be treated as a return.
