By browsing our collections or placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We provide high-quality apparel services subject to the following conditions.

To access premium shopping features, you may be required to register an account. You represent that the information provided is accurate. You are the sole custodian of your login credentials. SilkNest Apparel Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in suspicious activity.

3. Product Accuracy & Sizing

• Descriptions: We strive to display the colors and textures of our garments as accurately as possible. However, screen calibrations vary, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
• Sizing: All measurements provided are approximate. A variance of 1-2cm is considered standard in the garment industry.
• Availability: All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order.

4. Pricing & Secure Payments

All prices are listed in GBP/USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (including Stripe and PayPal). Your order is only considered accepted once you receive a formal “Dispatch Confirmation” email.

5. Shipping & Logistics

We ship from our UK facility to select global destinations. While we provide estimated delivery windows, these are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Garment Care & Usage Disclaimer

SilkNest Apparel is not liable for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or ironing. Please follow the specific care labels attached to each garment. Our liability for any defective item shall not exceed the purchase price of that item.

7. Intellectual Property

The “SilkNest” brand, logos, custom prints, and website photography are the exclusive property of SilkNest Apparel Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or “scraping” of our lookbooks and designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited under UK Copyright Law.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SilkNest Apparel Ltd be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
